Production Time

Once your order is received, please allow 3–5 business days for production before it ships. Each item is made to order, and we make every effort to complete and ship your order within this timeframe.
Shipping Info

We ship all orders via USPS. Please note that shipping time is not included in the production timeframe. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If an item is lost in transit, we will assist as best we can with the carrier as a courtesy, though shipping issues are outside of our control.
Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on custom or print-on-demand products. However, if there is an issue due to our error, we will make every effort to correct it—just contact us below to get started.
