Custom products are produced exactly as submitted.
If a design proof is provided for approval, the customer is responsible for reviewing the proof carefully before confirming production.
Once a proof has been approved, it becomes the final authorization to begin production.
HigherHeart.shop is not responsible for errors that appear in an approved proof, including spelling mistakes, incorrect information, or design choices.
Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.

Production time and shipping time are separate.
HigherHeart.shop cannot guarantee delivery timelines once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped.
HigherHeart.shop is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once the carrier confirms delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
Because many items sold on HigherHeart.shop are made-to-order or custom products, all sales are final.
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
For non-custom items, exchanges or store credit may be available if:

• The item is unused and in original condition
Refunds are not issued.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue for review.
