Custom Orders
HigherHeart.shop specializes in custom and made-to-order products, including apparel and bulk event merchandise. Custom items are created specifically for each customer and require additional design, production, and preparation time.
Please review the following guidelines before placing a custom order.
What Qualifies as a Custom Order
A custom order includes any product that contains:
• Personalized names or text
• Birth dates, memorial dates, or special event dates
• Custom artwork or logos
• Business branding
• Event shirts or group apparel
• Unique design requests or design modifications
All custom items are produced specifically for the customer who placed the order.
Because these items are created specifically for each order, custom products are final sale.
Design Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted information before confirming their order.
This includes:
• Names
• Dates
• Spelling
• Design details
• Size selections
• Quantity ordered
HigherHeart.shop will print designs exactly as submitted or approved during the order process.
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
For certain custom or bulk orders, a design proof may be provided for customer approval before production begins.
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review the proof for accuracy.
Once a proof has been approved by the customer, it becomes the final authorization to begin production.
HigherHeart.shop is not responsible for errors that appear in an approved proof, including spelling mistakes, incorrect information, or design choices.
After a proof has been approved:
• Changes cannot be made
• Orders cannot be canceled
• Items cannot be refunded or reproduced due to customer-approved errors
Digital proofs represent approximate placement and color. Minor variations may occur during the printing process.
Production Timeline
Custom items typically require 5–7 business days for production.
Bulk or event orders may require 7–10 business days, and in some cases up to 14 business days depending on order size, artwork complexity, and production scheduling.
Production begins once:
• Full payment has been received and cleared
• All design details have been finalized
• Any required proof approvals have been completed
HigherHeart.shop does not accept deposits or partial payments for custom orders.
Rush Production
Rush production may be available depending on current production capacity.
A $25 rush production fee applies.
Rush production allows an order to move ahead in the production queue but does not guarantee shipping carrier delivery times.
Design Changes
Customers may request design changes before production begins.
Once production has started, design changes may no longer be possible.
If a design must be recreated and reprinted after production begins due to customer-requested changes, a $50 reprint fee will apply to cover additional materials and labor.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before 11:00 PM EST on the same day the order is placed.
After this time, production preparation may already be underway and cancellations may no longer be possible.
Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled.
Bulk Orders & Event Orders
Large custom orders for businesses, organizations, or events may require additional confirmation.
For large orders:
• Full payment must clear before production begins
• Customers may receive a final invoice or order summary for approval
• Additional verification may be required before production
To protect both parties from fraud, the billing name, payment method, and shipping address may be verified before production begins.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
• Submitting accurate spelling and information
• Selecting correct sizes and quantities
• Reviewing all design details before order submission
• Reviewing and approving proofs when provided
Because custom items are made specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customer errors.
Production Quality
We take pride in the quality of every item produced.
If you believe your item contains a production defect or printing error caused by our team, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
All claims must include clear photos of the item and the issue for review.
If our team confirms that a production error occurred, we may reproduce the item at our discretion.
HigherHeart.shop reserves the right to determine whether the issue qualifies as a production defect.
