Thank you for shopping with us! Below you’ll find important information about production times, shipping options, and delivery estimates for our custom t-shirts, personalized hoodies, crewnecks, and bulk apparel orders.

Because many of our items are made to order, production time is separate from shipping time. Custom shirt orders and bulk event apparel may require additional processing depending on quantity and design details. Once your order is completed, you will receive tracking information via email.

We ship nationwide within the United States, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Expedited shipping options may be available for rush orders.

If you need your custom apparel by a specific date (graduation, birthday, family event, etc.), please contact us before placing your order to confirm turnaround time.

At HigherHeart.shop, every order is carefully prepared and produced with attention to quality. Many of our items are made-to-order, which means production time is required before shipping.

Order Processing Time

All items are produced after an order is placed.

Typical production times:

  • Standard apparel orders: 3–5 business days

  • Custom or personalized items: 5–7 business days

  • Memorial items: 5–7 business days

  • Bulk business or event orders: 7–10 business days depending on order size and design complexity

  • Processing Time: Orders received after 4:00 PM EST Monday–Friday will begin processing the following business day.

Production time may vary during high-volume periods or holidays.

Rush order service may be available for an additional $25 rush fee, depending on order type and current production schedule.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using USPS (United States Postal Service).

  • Shipping is available within the United States only.

  • Orders are shipped once production has been completed.

Shipping delivery times are determined by the carrier and are separate from production time.

Typical USPS delivery times:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (if selected)

Please note that delivery estimates provided by USPS are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

General Shipping Rates:

  • A flat shipping rate of $7.99 applies to most standard orders. Actual shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Customers can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status directly with USPS.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments include carrier insurance coverage.

If a package is damaged or lost in transit, we will assist with filing a claim through USPS.

Replacement items may be issued once the carrier claim process has been completed.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • HigherHeart.shop is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

  • If the order must be reshipped due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping and order costs.

If the error occurred on our end, we will correct the issue and cover the cost of reshipping.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that a package has been marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.

  2. Check common delivery locations around the property.

  3. Contact your local USPS office.

As a courtesy, we may assist in contacting USPS or filing a carrier claim.

If the carrier confirms that the package was delivered correctly, the matter must be resolved directly with USPS.

Shipping Delays

While we guarantee our production timeline, we cannot control shipping delays caused by USPS or other external factors.

HigherHeart.shop is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier processing issues

  • Weather disruptions

  • Holiday shipping congestion

  • Incorrect addresses entered by customers
