Returns and Exchanges
Because most of our products are made-to-order and printed on demand, we ask customers to review their orders carefully before completing checkout.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom production process, we do not offer refunds and all sales are final.
Once an order has been placed, materials and production begin shortly after, which prevents us from issuing refunds for completed orders.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.
You may request a replacement or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a return shipping label and send a replacement item once the original item is received.
Exchanges for Non-Custom Items
For items that are not customized, we may offer an exchange or store credit if you would like a different size or item.
The original item must be returned in unused condition before the exchange or store credit is issued.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order to request an exchange.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom or personalized items are final sale.
Because these items are created specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to:
• Spelling errors
• Incorrect information submitted with the order
• Size selections made by the customer
• Design choices approved by the customer
Before production begins, customers may receive a design proof for approval. Please review this proof carefully to confirm that all information is correct.
Once a proof has been approved and production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
If a mistake is discovered after production has started or the item has already been printed, a new order will need to be placed.
