Custom Design Creation & Editing Fees

At Higher Heart Shop, we work with you to bring your ideas to life. Whether you have a clear vision or just an idea that needs creative direction, we can help develop a design that reflects what you have in mind.

Custom Design Creation - $25 Per Design

If you have an idea and would like us to create an original design from scratch, a one-time $25 design creation fee must be paid upfront before design work begins.

The process starts with a discussion about your idea, preferences, and desired look. We then develop design concepts and prepare mockups for your review and approval before your apparel goes into production.

The $25 fee compensates us for the time, creative effort, concept development, and preparation involved in bringing your idea to life. Because custom design work requires dedicated time and creative resources, this fee is required, non-negotiable, and non-refundable.

The design creation fee is separate from the cost of your apparel, printing, and additional customization.

If you order multiple shirts featuring the same custom design, the $25 design creation fee is charged only once for that design. Each distinct new design requires its own design creation fee.

Design Editing - $15

If you already have a design but need modifications, adjustments, or other editing services, a $15 design editing fee applies when editing services are required.

This fee compensates us for the time and work involved in modifying your existing artwork. The editing fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable.

Important Fee Policy

All design creation and design editing fees are non-refundable because they pay for creative services and time dedicated to your request. These fees remain non-refundable even if you change your mind, decide not to proceed with the apparel order, or do not approve the proposed design mockups.

Please communicate your ideas and expectations as clearly as possible before work begins. We want to understand your vision and create a design that aligns with your preferences.

By paying the design creation or editing fee, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
